Be Unapologetically You.

All journeys of life are difficult and they have their own set of challenges.

Just Be You

Life throws it’s own tantrum, it makes you cry, humiliate, depress or even laugh at times. Life has myriad hues to offer but one must know how to use those hues to paint a picture-perfect.

Infertility was always a subject of taboo not only in India but even in most developed countries. Once the topic is registered under “lady troubles” they are hardly discussed.

But to be a victor in this silent and painful journey you must be “unapologetically you”, be happy with who you are. Embracing all your imperfections with grace and adopting few things mentally.

The first step to achieve a solution is to accept the problem.

“Understanding is the first step to acceptance,

And only with acceptance can there be recovery.”

In this journey you are the best person to help yourself .Denial to any problem only pushes you to nadir of depression. Everybody is unique and you are too. Accept that you are infertile. Just by saying it does not happen, mentally accept it and look forward how to curb it. By adopting healthy lifestyle and proper medication things might get better yielding results.

2. Detach yourself from the outcome

Hoping for best is the right attitude to take things forward but attaching yourself too much towards a positive outcome is foolishness. At times during Infertility treatment things at the beginning looks pretty positive but at the end moment it takes an ugly turn derailing all your hopes and dreams.

3. Be neutral to the outcome of your treatment

No, don’t you think that I am asking you to achieve Nirvana. But try all attempts with utmost devotion and positivity but have a neutral take towards the outcome. Don’t be over-excited nor depressed, go with the flow. Give your best by having a proper diet, medication and other instruction given by your doctor. If it fails try one more time but don’t lose hope or get depressed.

If nothing works out you still have the option for adoption.

Never loose hope

The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.” “There is nothing more rare, nor more beautiful, than a woman being unapologetically herself; comfortable in her perfect imperfection.
