1. Eat Antioxidant rich foods

Before knowing which foods are loaded with antioxidants. It’s vital to know what are they?

Antioxidants are compounds produced in your body and found in foods. They help defend your cells from damage caused by potentially harmful molecules known as free radicals.

Free radicals can influence the oocytes, sperm, and embryos in their micro environments, including follicular fluid, hydrosalpingeal fluid, and peritoneal fluid. These micro environments have a direct effect on quality of oocytes, sperm oocyte interaction, implantation, and early embryo development. 

Although there are some contrasting reports, oral consumption of compounds with antioxidant activity appears to improve sperm parameters, such as motility and concentration, and decrease DNA damage, but there is not sufficient evidence that fertility rates and live birth really improve after antioxidants intake.

Antioxidant rich food are usually foods having Viamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, zinc, anthocyanins, beta-carotene etc.

You don’t have to buy exotic fruits and vegetables but just should have the knowledge and give emphasis on those food intake.

Your eyebrows would raise but these foods have high antioxidants onion, garlic, eggplant, grapes, berries, mango, carrots, spinach, parsley, pumpkin etc.

2.Eat larger breakfast

Eating larger breakfast has significantly helped women to keep PCOS (Ploy cystic Ovary ) at bay.Consuming heavy calorific food at breakfast reduces insulin by 8% and testosterone level by 50% both leading to infertility.

Larger breakfast helped women to ovulate 30% more than who ate smaller .

3. Consume High Fat Dairy Product

In full-fat products, estrogen and progesterone are attached to fat and these hormones are crucial for the reproductive health of women. Estrogen and progesterone are typically removed while skimming off the fat from milk leaving only androgens. Androgens are male hormones that create hindrance in ovulation in the absence of the female counterparts.

4. Avoid excessive Exercise

Doing exercises has many health benefits including increased fertility. A sedentary lifestyle is the main culprit for infertility.

Exercise in moderation is good and key to fertility. In some women, physical intense exercises have reduced fertility .Intense exercising changes the energy balance and effects the reproductive organs.

5. Avoid Stress

Stress and anxiety are “Big No” if you are trying to be on the family way. Stress adversely affects the hormonal level present in the bloodstream and thus affecting the physiological function related to reproduction.

The moment you step in any fertility clinic the advise that doctor gives you is to keep anxiety at bay, no amount of medication will help unless you are at peace.
